Product Agent

We are looking for a Product Agent to join our team in Benalmadena-Costa del Sol Office. Our future teammate would be part of the Commercial team in the destination. As a part of the Commercial department the ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing and optimizing Product and Sales development, and also have a strong relationship with our clients and hoteliers Key responsibilities: - Analyzing Product and sales development with our competitors, Benchmarking, Revenue. - Managing claims and complaints - Health and safety documentation - Yield Management - Set up and follow up with sales and battlefield reports/statistics - Scouting for sales trends - Accompanying clients during product and visiting in destination - Building works information - Data loading / Insert contracts.
