This role is officially posted as a Mid-Level Designer position, but we are also welcoming strong junior applicants — we'll assess the right level during the selection process.What You'll DoAs part of our industrial design team, you'll contribute to the development of high-impact kitchen appliances, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to market.Key responsibilities:Design and develop new products aligned with user needs, brand identity, and production constraints.Participate in design research, user testing, trend and market analysis.Create high-quality CAD models, renderings, CMF specifications, and functional prototypes.Present design concepts using storytelling, sketches, and visual presentations.Support or lead (depending on experience) projects through different design phases.Help evolve and apply Teka's global design language across product categories.What We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design or related field.A strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving and design process.1–4+ years of experience (internships or full-time), ideally in home appliances or consumer goods.Strong skills in Fusion 360, Rhino, Adobe CC, KeyShot (Figma and UI/UX are a plus).Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow.Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.Why Join Us?Global Impact: Design for a company with a global footprint and millions of users.Inspiring HQ: Work from our modern offices in central Madrid.Design-First Culture: Join a team where design is a strategic priority.Professional Growth: Learn from experienced colleagues and grow into bigger roles.Creative Autonomy: Make your mark on products used around the world.How to ApplySend your CV and portfolio (PDF or link) to: ****** Or apply via LinkedIn.Got questions?
