Description And Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Events Manager to join our Marketing Team and lead the execution of high-impact events.

As a key member of our go-to-market team, you will collaborate with marketing and sales to elevate HQTS brand through face-to-face, hybrid, and digital events.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing event strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring successful event delivery.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

Event Strategy & Execution: Develop event strategies for various formats (tradeshows, forums, roadshows).

Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event phases.

Vendor & Partnership Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and agencies.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth event execution.

Event Design & Logistics: Manage the design and setup of event booths.

Handle logistical tasks such as venue arrangements and scheduling.

Content & Messaging: Create and review event materials with content creators.

Work with the marketing team to develop effective event messaging.

Performance Measurement: Track event performance and business impact.

Manage lead tracking and follow-up activities.

Campaign Management: Lead pre- and post-event activities, including communication campaigns and reporting.

Identify and manage new event opportunities.

Creative Execution: Apply creativity to event planning and execution.

Develop engaging event concepts and storytelling.

Feedback & Improvement: Conduct post-event evaluations and lead review meetings.

Gather insights for future improvements.

Skills/Qualifications

2+ years of event marketing experience with vendor management.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Understanding of B2B marketing practices.

Strong creative, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in budgeting and managing multiple events.
