We are currently recruiting a new Quality Assurance Technician in Terrassa, Spain.

At Disproquima, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician Pharma for the Quality Department at our offices located in Terrassa. The main responsibilities include:

• Issuing and reviewing procedures.
• Responding to requests from clients and sales representatives in the pharmaceutical division.
• Managing access letters for CEP/DMF, as well as regulatory documentation.
• Processing the registration of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and suppliers for the pharmaceutical division.
• Communicating changes in products/suppliers of the pharmaceutical division to clients.
• Validating transportation routes for APIs.
• Reviewing Quality Agreements.
• Providing support to international subsidiaries.
• Conducting monthly checks of warehouse facilities and cleanliness.
• Performing internal and external audits.
• Managing client audits and CAPAs.
• Managing change controls.
• Handling incidents and customer complaints.
• Reviewing Certificates of Analysis.
• In the absence of the Quality Manager and Technical Director, taking over their responsibilities, including:
• Ensuring that all supplied products meet approved specifications.
• Ensuring that suppliers (of products, transport, and services) and clients are approved/authorized.
• Ensuring that incidents and complaints are investigated and resolved.
• Approving or rejecting all APIs intended for the manufacture of medicinal products.
• Deciding the final disposition of a returned product.
• Coordinating product recalls and emergency management.
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (mandatory).
• 1 to 5 years of previous experience in a quality department, in areas such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance...
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m., with flexible start and end times of ±30 minutes. Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
