HSE Coordinator (m/f/d) Concrete Towers

Control the compliance of the preventive and protective measures set in the Company’s health and safety plan. Check whether these are effective or not, during the manufacturing process. Carry out the organization and control of environmental topics such as waste, emissions, chemical products, natural resources consumptions, as well as participate in HSE improvement projects.

Your Tasks

• Develop the management systems and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Elaborate the planning of preventive action and carry out a follow-up
• Creation of procedures and check the HSE points in the implementations
• Detect risks and plan preventive tasks on machinery tools or instruments
• Control and define environmental KPI´S and training actions
• Promote actions to reduce energy consume, carbon footprint in CT area
• Control the achieve of HSE department objectives and also create the corrective measures to achieve it
  
  

Your Profile

• Certificate of Higher Education in Health & Safety
• Possess knowledge of ISO 45001 and IS0 14001
• 2-4 years of work experience in Health, Safety and Environment
• Knowledge of quality processes in relation to precast concrete infrastructures
• Knowledge in country HSE law
• German and English is a must. Minimum B2
• Availability to travel
