We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app and by phone. Last year, we helped over 300 million people access information about the currencies that matter to them and over 225,000 people used us to send money overseas.
About This Role
The Consumer & SME Inbound Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities within the HV Consumer & SME channel. This role involves calling potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and revenue growth. This role will specifically focus on clients in France or Germany

Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Handle initial inbound sales enquiries, fully understanding the customers' requirements and matching them to the most appropriate service
- Make outbound calls to customers that register online, introducing our services and guiding them through the account opening process
- Carry out outbound campaigns to Consumer HV & SME opportunities from our existing client base
- Understand and articulate the value proposition of Xe's products and services to potential clients.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer enquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Document all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Experience in sales, preferably in financial services or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Driven, and can operate independently as well as part of a team
- Multi-lingual – must be able to speak English & German, or English & French fluently
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with SME clients.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Innovative problem solver with a customer-centric approach.
