We’re seeking a Zone Supervisor to lead and inspire a team of Brand Ambassadors toward success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and motivate your team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Support recruitment and interviews.
• Plan and oversee daily team activities, performance and provide feedback.
• Analyze results and implement strategies for improvement.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Train and develop your team in sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Ensure 100% coverage in point of sale
• Be responsible for the allocation and management of available resources to ensure the team operates profitably
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing teams, preferably in Sales Promotion.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• High proficiency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Availability to travel and a valid driver’s license.
