MISSION: ensure that the new WTG developments are fitting with the Operational requirements and managements and manage the ramp up in the projects.

- Operations PEP.
- Compiling all the requirements coming from operations in one clear deliverable.
- Following the fulfillment of those requirements during the PEP process.
- Attending Core Teams and ensuring the team is supporting the SE-Teams.
- Support COE.
- Ensure preparation of the prototypes is perfectly performed and everything is defined/ordered/delivered in time.
- Managing/leading the Prototype working sl de by side with the region.
- Taking all the lessons learnt from the Proto/s and following the implementation of the solution.
- Ramp-up and improvements.
- Managing the leader of Ramp-up and his team.
- Providing technical electrical expertise and support during the development phase, the PT and ramp-up phase of a project.
- Develop & implementation of improvements for installation or commissioning of windturbine project and actively give feedback to engineering projects.
- Create, develop new ideas to improve the Installation & Commissioning technologies.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Complementary Training: CAD-PLM (Teamcenter, autoCAD, Teamcenter Visualization), Microsoft Office, MS Project, SAP.
- Ability to work in an international team, self-responsible, structured, process and solution orientated.
- Ability to understand information quickly and devise solutions.
- High English level.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as Site Manager or similar.
