Functions

Job Description:

Your main functions as an H&S Administrative Officer will be:

Coordination Of Business Activities

  • Management of CAE platforms: Works/project and own work centres
  • Sending/delivering documentation to workers/subcontractors

Management of medical examinations for the different work centres (works/projects and own centres):

  • Request appointments for initial examinations
  • Planning of periodic examinations

Control and monitoring of staff ORP courses

  • Entry training log for new additions
  • Scheduling of periodic training
  • Support in the programming of ORP courses with SPA
  • Control for each of the positions of: Equipment use authorizations and Medical application protocols

Document management

  • Support in the management of Preventive Activity Planning
  • Support for the preparation of specific documentation: Work Instructions/Specific Prevention Plans, Documentation associated with accidents (indicators, accident lists, safety flashes, etc.), own management system documentation in accordance with ISO 45001

Control of delivery of PPE to employees and associated documentation

Control of the designation of preventive figures (Preventive Resource, Emergency Teams, etc.)

Management support with mutual insurance

Accommodation management for department staff

Support in ISO 45001 audits

Order management and review of delivery notes/invoices
