Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a certified Scrum Master who excels in building high-performing, cross-functional self-organizing teams and driving the implementation of Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) across product organization.

This is the chance to collaborate with forward-thinking leaders and shape a sustainable, transparent, and continuously learning product organization.

What You’ll Do

• Develop high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver maximum value to the customer. Guiding principle: customer-centricity.
• Assist in aligning product goals, organizational capabilities, structure and processes in the organization. Guiding principle: system thinking.
• Continuously inspect flow efficiency, identify systemic issues, and initiate their resolution. Guiding principle: continuous improvement.
• Share and communicate principles and company values to newcomers. Guiding principle: lead by example.
  
  

Who You’ll Work With

• Experienced Lean/Scrum product organization
• Self-organized cross-functional product teams comprising mature professionals and team players.
• Well-trained agile practitioners.
• Experienced facilitators for all-scale events.
• Multi-cultural team members located in different countries.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years experience in tech companies.
• Mature attitude, emotional intelligence, growth mindset, and professional ethics.
• System thinking, lean thinking, LeSS, team coaching, training, and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of engineering practices will be an advantage.
