Job Description

Preparation of the technical documentation necessary for the future execution of the assigned projects.
Development of processes and quality manuals together with the other members of the technical team.
Daily contact with clients, formalizing dates for each milestone to be met subsequently by both parties.
Develop the strategy to be followed by the team of technicians assigned to the project and prepare the corresponding planning.
Continuous development and improvement of electrical and mechanical solutions for the product.
Prepare and deliver technical training during the final phase of commissioning or during the product warranty period.
Technical assistance to the client, resolving issues remotely and "on-site" if necessary.
Identify and create after-sale opportunities during the commissioning period.
Management of all technical activities associated with the project from the development of the commissioning to the closure of the project warranty.
Ensure compliance with the milestones in the assigned projects within the established timeframe.
Daily/weekly reporting of the status and progress of the project.
Technical closure of the project (Technical acceptance with the client).
