Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • BOM analysis and demand analysis to anticipate materials demand
  • Allocated stocks needs
  • Support Commodity Specialists
  • Pricing - Request for quotes (RFQ process) and contracts updated and management
  • Documentation, incidents and internal compliance
  • Procurement (inbound)
  • Supply to projects (outbound)
  • Support Internal Warranty & Service aftersales, Quality incidents when needed
  • Maritime and air transport – deliveries control –
  • Deliveries and Good Receipt
  • Inventory updates and safety stocks
  • Support logistics team to update import / export requirements if needed

Qualifications

  • Engineering or technical degree, international business or international sales
  • Graduate
  • Higher Training Cycle
  • Level B2 English
  • A second language is valuable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • SAP ERP:
    • Advanced level, modules: Purchasing, Production Planning, Sales, Inventory or Logistics
    • Medium level, modules: Needs planning (MRP)
