We are looking for a Technical After Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and supervising the projects to improve the department (After sales tools, spare parts stock forecast, logistic flow improvement...) as well as designing the department’s KPIs models (quality KPIS, internal Lead Time, WW after sales Lead Time..)


Your role will be:


  • Project management for the deployment of new strategic solutions in the After Sales department.
  • Support the management and implementation of any new process to face the increasing of repairs.
  • Spare Parts project management.
  • Management of the performance of the quality of the brand as well as of the various players in After Sales.
  • Management and improvement of Quality analysis on the global market and the relationship with continuous improvement and the quality team.
  • Management and improvement of key performance indicators of the department.



What you need for the role:


• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Engineering background.

• Approximately 3-4 years of experience with strong skills in project management and or Operations (supply /logistics).

• Motivated by results, proactive, and problem-solving skills.

• Independent, strong collaborator, curious and ability to adapt.

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.

• Experience using BI tools would be a plus (Power BI).

• Fluent in English and good knowledge of Spanish.

• Knowledge of leather goods and their production flow would be a plus.
