You support our team as

Logistics Specialist (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Goods receipt, returns, and stock management
  • Inventory control, stocktaking, and discrepancy investigation
  • Management of internal and external warehouse movements
  • Document archiving and internal supply management
  • Customer service support and logistics flow monitoring
  • Shipment management (National customers, Intercompany, Foreign distributors, International shipments, Special shipments)
  • Transport control and monitoring
  • Preparation of KPIs (productivity, inventory status, logistics provider control, cost control, and invoicing, supplier evaluation)
  • Daily and weekly monitoring of WM
  • MDS workflow monitoring

Qualifications

  • SAP Warehouse (WH) knowledge
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience in industrial environments and logistics
  • Familiarity with other SAP modules
  • Strong communication, organizational, decision-making, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in teams, demonstrate initiative, and plan effectively
