Your mission will be to proactively conduct research on products and collaborate with our external provider, managing the relationship effectively. As our Dynamics 365 Specialist, you will be responsible for our Dynamics ecosystem with multiple environments, including all components. You will ensure the optimization of environments and seek areas of improvement in the customer experience.You will work with the team in our Almere office but also closely with various teams from all our other group offices (European scope). Alongside these teams, you will lead projects to migrate non-local Dynamics components to Dynamics 365 within Enreach's Microsoft 365 tenant and achieve the highest possible synergy!You will play an important role in taking our Dynamics environment to the next levelYour key responsibilities will include: Optimizing and improving procedures, tools, and customer experience related to Dynamics.Designing solutions and implementing Dynamics components.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics solutions.Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Dynamics.Staying up-to-date on industry standards regarding Dynamics.Optimizing the Dynamics licensing environment.Managing stakeholders and related reporting.Training other colleagues in 1st-line Dynamics support and managing 2nd-line support.Managing our external third-level support.With this position, we offer you many growth opportunities and you will be able to maximize your interest and knowledge in Dynamics!WHAT DO WE EXPECT OF YOU? Minimum 4 years of work experience in the field of Dynamics CRM (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service).Familiarity with business processes, optimization, and streamlining of operations.Extensive knowledge of the latest Microsoft products and technologies.Strong analytical skills and a high customer orientation.Excellent communication skills and a product and service-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and proactively.Fluency in English at a professional level as you will be working in an international environment.Knowledge and experience with Windows Server/Azure/Microsoft 365 will be an advantage.Having a Microsoft Dynamics certification will also be an advantage.Showing interest and/or experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, or Dynamics Business Central will be a plus.WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM ENREACH?
