Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Junior Product Designer with a passion for digital products and a strong desire to collaborate with a team full of energy.

Basic understanding of Product development lifecycle.

Minimum demonstrated experience in UX/UI design role and/or research based on the understanding of design principles and user-centric culture.

Desirable located in Barcelona and with Catalan language.

• Collaborates in the Research phase on user personas to understand their context and identify real problems to solve.
• Supports the facilitator in Co-creation Workshops.
• Assists in developing the solution and presentations for decision-making.
• Supports in defining User Experience (UX-UI). Grounds the experience by defining product interaction through WF, mockups, designs, and prototypes.
• Assists in conducting tests and trials with users to measure design effectiveness.
• Conducts testing with the developed product to validate visual, functionality, interaction, and responsiveness.
