Full Stack Dev @ PRODUCT TEAM

As a Full Stack Dev you will be part of an exceptional team: Imagine working closely with passionate product managers, cutting-edge developers, expert data analysts, and a few AI enthusiasts . Here, innovation is an everyday affair, and together, we are shaping the future of work through solutions that enhance the lives of our users. Your day-to-day as a Full Stack Dev

React / Next.js / Node.js (minimum 2/4 years), because you will face challenges such as:

• Develop of stable and reliable services based on Node.js and Next.js, capable of following our roadmap. Create, test, and maintain of our platform, API, and new services/error correction.
• Improvement of our digital architecture (we rely on MongoDB as the database, and we work on AWS). If you have experience with EC2, S3, CloudFront, and Lambdas, you'll understand our systems.
• Adhere to and evangelize our "Shakers Agile" work methodology. You will rigorously apply concepts of best practices in development, testing, QA, and documentation. Implement and work with a good Git flow (we use GitLab) for version control.
• You are proactive; we don't want a developer who just picks up a set of specifications and doesn't think. Your obsession should be making our product faster, easier, more stable, and above all, scalable.

You´ll meet two people from the team (Surely, one of our Founders). It's your opportunity to present the case study and prove that you're the best Full Stack out of all the ones we can hire.
