Marketing & Upsell Business Intern

Verisure is seeking talented, innovative, and passionate Business Analyst intern who can make a tangible positive impact.

As a Business Analyst for the Marketing & Upsell team, you will work hand-in-hand with your team on exciting projects that seek to reshape the way we interact with both our existing and potential clients, specifically redefining our digital marketing strategy and identifying new and improved ways of creating value from our existing portfolio.

This role is a great opportunity for candidates interested in gaining a strong strategic perspective from Marketing & Sales, while also having the opportunity of getting hands-on experience in project implementation.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing & Upsell Business Analyst intern, you will have the opportunity to grow in challenging projects in a wide range of topics, develop hard and soft skills, and work with colleagues from cross-functional backgrounds.

As a Marketing & Upsell Business Analyst, you could be working on one or several of the following:

Redefining our digital marketing strategy:

  • Leading the process and supporting countries in the implementation of new initiatives for our client acquisition strategies.

  • Frame initiatives and help countries define an implementation plan.



Identifying new and improved ways of creating value from our existing portfolio:

  • Lead the thinking in terms of strategies, channels, pricing, and proposition to increase our service offering to clients.

  • Work closely with countries to identify risks and define mitigation actions to remove roadblocks.

  • Engage with stakeholders across the board to drive change.



Playing a crucial role in the development and consolidation of new capabilities:

  • Gather best practices and engage with stakeholders in various ways to ensure the information gets through, e.g., playbooks, workshops, educational sessions, newsletter.

  • Identify knowledge/capability gaps and propose ways to overcome them.



Pushing for data driven and educated decision making:

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decisions.

  • Communicate and educate to provide stakeholders resources to make informed decisions.



Keeping track of projects’ progress:

  • Interact with countries often to discuss project progress and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

  • Monitor KPIs and deep dive when required.

Candidate profile

Qualifications, Experiences, and Competencies

  • Has strong written and oral communication capabilities.

  • Is fluent in written and spoken English (other languages are a plus: Spanish, German, Italian, French).

  • Has a university degree.
