In the upcoming opening of « Harry Hope. Spain», we are looking for our future Office Manager. A passionate person who wants to be involved in a challenging project, accompanied by an inspiring Executive Committee.

Strategy :

• Be a major player in the launch of Harry Hope. Spain
• Act as a link between the Executive Committee and the Harry Hope teams.
  
  

Management :

• Recruit and Manage a team of specialized recruiters (with the support of our internal recruitment team)
• Manage objectives and develop the skills of your teams
• Ensure the profitability of your entity by applying Harry Hope. policy.
• Reporting to Executive Committee
  
  

Business Development :

• Implementation of a sales/marketing development strategy for all the sectors in which Harry Hope. is operating.
• Prospecting for customers, face-to-face meetings, discovering their needs, offering Harry Hope.'s solutions... To support the clients in their recruitment, defining the profiles to be recruited, negotiating commercial terms, Write and distribute job offers through our different channels.
  
  

Recruitment :

• Applications reception, to conduct phone and face to face interviews, candidates evaluation, reports creation, transmission and debriefing with the customer.
• To be involved in the entire recruitment process, from CV search to monitoring the integration of your candidates with your customers.

What are we looking for :

• A Significant experience of 2-3 years in the recruitment sector is required.
• An ability to manage and federate teams with kindness and leadership
• Genuine management skills Ideally with a background in human resources or business, you would like to join a dynamic and ambitious organization.
• A person with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
