Your mission at Yuki will be:

As a Team Lead, you will play a vital role in driving the success of the team and ensuring their optimal performance. Your core responsibility will be to foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment where individuals can thrive and work effectively together. This involves building strong relationships among team members, promoting open communication, and cultivating a culture of trust and mutual respect.

In your capacity as a Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of team members and facilitating the smooth execution of projects. You will actively monitor the progress of work, identify any potential roadblocks or bottlenecks, and proactively address them to keep the team on track.

In addition to your leadership and coordination duties, you will also have the opportunity to contribute hands-on coding expertise. This means actively participating in coding tasks, and leveraging your technical skills and knowledge to contribute to the team's deliverables. By staying engaged in the coding process, you can provide valuable guidance, support, and expertise to team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

Furthermore, you will act as a facilitator for agile ceremonies within the team, guiding and supporting the adoption of agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

Beyond project execution, your focus as a Team Lead will extend to the well-being and professional growth of individual team members. You will serve as a mentor and advocate for their development, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback. By identifying opportunities for skills enhancement and creating a conducive learning environment, you will empower team members to continually grow and improve their capabilities.



Some of your main task:

  • Responsible for the team composition, communicating with the Software Development Manager and HR
  • Prepare the onboarding of new team members
  • Helps the developers to improve their developer skills or connect with the people who can help them
  • Monitor blockers and facilitate unblocking
  • Help establish team processes and ensure they’ve been followed
  • Manage team availability and wellbeing
  • Give and ask for feedback often
  • Setting personal goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.



What will you need to be successful in our Backend Team:

  • Excellent knowledge of current .NET technologies and/or Vue.JS
  • Experience as a Team Lead and managing teams
  • Strong organization, communication, and planning skills
  • Desirable experience working in Agile Development
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Fluent in English
