One of the companies we work with is looking for a Data Consultant to join the team.
We are looking for a professional with at least 4 years of experience in the Data & Analytics area and at least one year of experience performing consulting functions. You will integrate into the Data & Analytics team, an agile and dynamic team whose main objective is to help clients make the most of their data using this company.
From the beginning, you will be a fundamental part of the onboarding process for clients on this company and will help them discover how the features we offer can allow them to separate valuable data from useless data.
You will have a global expertise on this company platform that will allow you to interact autonomously with a client base from all sectors and propose solutions for a wide range of use cases. You will have a dual role, being able to solve technical problems during the client integration stage and, in the future, manage the entire relationship with them during projects as an individual contributor.
Responsibilities
● Project Delivery, focusing on data analytics projects and ability to drive projects on time, within budget and scope
● Develop strong relationships with customers and partners managing expectations and resolving conflicts navigating complex scenarios
● Coordinate with Engineering, Product and key decision makers to contribute to the product roadmap
● Define business solutions by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Support and Sales
● Strong understanding of different business needs and problem-solving skills, to anticipate potential issues and create effective solutions
● Identify process gaps and improve existing ones
● Onboard and train customers, partners and new team members on this company's product
Hard skills
● Deep knowledge on several of the following Big Data tools: Splunk, QRadar, Devo, Elastic, Kafka,...
● Experience working with ETL tools
● Experience working with cybersecurity tools such as SIEMs, EDR, or vulnerability analysis tools
● Knowledge of the AWS, GCP or AZURE ecosystem
● Knowledge in system integration (APIs, communication network protocols,...)
● Programming skills, ideally in one of the following languages: Python, Go, Java or Javascript
● Solid understanding of the software development lifecycles (SDLC) methodologies, specially Agile, using project management tools such as Jira
Nice to have
● Docker
● Github
● Query Languages such as SQL
Soft skills
● Strong presentation and communication skills: ability to communicate and interact effectively with a diverse audience, dealing with technical engineers as well as executive or sales profiles in the client
● Motivation to provide exceptional experiences to our clients as well as solve complex technical challenges
● Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a propensity for promptly and clearly documenting meetings, processes and decisions.

Hiring Process
- First online interview: we will get to know each other for 30 minutes, we will give more details about the position and review your CV.
- Second face-to-face interview: you will get to know the this company's offices and we will see in more depth your experience, knowledge, personality and problem-solving ability. In this interview, algorithmic problems are posed to be solved on the whiteboard and can last up to 1h30.
- Final interview (online or in person): we will discuss organizational issues and above all, we will answer all your questions.
