As a key member of the production team, as an industrial engineer you will monitor, plan and design production processes.

This position will be based at LEAR Corporation Vigo.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises and coordinates activities related to the development, design, construction, modification and maintenance of equipment, machinery and equipment
• Maximizes efficiency by analyzing equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods and labor utilization
• Conducts studies in operations to maximize work flow and space utilization. Ensures equipment efficiency and workplace safety
• Determines parts and tools needed to achieve production goals according to product specification
  
  

Requirements

• University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience working in a manufacturing plant
• Problem solving skills
• Knowledge of production machinery
