Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee and review the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in coordination with accountants. Help prepare high-quality business reports on each function, to provide accurate information and insights.

Accounting Oversight and Audit Coordination: Leverage your accounting experience to oversee the work of accountants, ensuring adherence to financial policies and accuracy in financial statements. Coordinate the annual external financial audit, managing the audit process end-to-end.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Monitor budget performance and highlight any deviations.

Sales Invoicing Support: Assist the sales team in creating accurate and timely invoices. Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure proper revenue recognition and track outstanding payments.

Collections Oversight: Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2-3 years of accounting and audit experience.

Good understanding and experience of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP/IFRS)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

Attitude and eagerness to learn more.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
