Objective
To provide flexible, on-demand design support by quickly delivering high-quality visual assets that meet brand guidelines and help achieve marketing and communication goals.

To provide flexible, on-demand design support by quickly delivering high-quality visual assets that meet brand guidelines and help achieve marketing and communication goals.
KPI
- Deliver high-quality design work on a per-task basis
- Maintain and develop the Neurons Lab brand in an organized and scalable way
- Be the "brand-keeper” from the design perspective to document and advise team members on the correct use of the brand
- Collaborate with internal team to understand project goals and requirements
- Develop creative design concepts and layouts for various projects (presentations, diagrams, etc)
- Present design work and revisions in a timely manner
- Incorporate feedback from the team and iterate designs accordingly
- Ensure final designs and files meet specifications for intended use
- Create wireframes and prototypes to conceptualize the structure and workflow of the website. This includes things like site maps, user flows, screen layouts, etc.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Flexibility to accommodate variable on-demand workload (within a given range)
- Ability to fully adapt designs to web format
- Proficiency with design software (Figma and Adobe Creative Suite)
- Understanding of UX/UI
- Experience in video editing
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience designing for digital media
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills across mediums
- Part-time (2-5 h/week)
