The role of the Integration analyst is to define the requirements, supervise the development and go-live process of integrations with other systems, continuous monitoring ensuring a high level of performance, whilst being the main point of contact between the development team and the stakeholders The job: Integrations with clients and providers like channel management systems are being managed by an integration team. While the number of existing integrations is increasing, also it is the number of integrations under development. A position is available for a dedicated colleague who will be permanently supporting existing integrations and manage multiple new integrations at any given moment The ideal candidate will be a young enthusiastic IT professional with a profound understanding of communications between real-time distributed systems, excellent communicative skills and experience in agile teams. We expect the candidate to directly collaborate with different stakeholders, both internal and external such as clients, providers, distributors, and development teams, in order gather and organize requirements, write epics, user stories, roadmaps and collaborate in the product long-term vision and strategy. You will be directly participating within the lean-Agile ceremonies, helping the different development teams to understand priorities, and roadmaps for each one of the developments We document everything in English and you'll be required to defend your opinions, propose your ideas and manage any aspect in English, although during the day we might speak Spanish.
