Mission:
The Visual Designer is responsible for giving support to the marketing regional team, by providing creative pack shots designs, and other visual solutions for marketing presentations for EAT customers. You should be conceptual, and creative and bring great ideas to the table. You will also need to work on our different brands and understand how they play a crucial role in the company by using them smartly and strategically in each case. The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns ahead of the competitors.
Functions:
The Visual Designer will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Give support to all EAT regional Marketers by creating smart and impacting packaging, pyramids, labels, mood boards, etc that will support their campaigns for the customers. You will need to help us by ensuring our presentations are bold and impactful.
- Develop branding proposals and campaigns for our key customers based on Marketing strategies. You will need to create all visual systems by ensuring coherence and design good practice as your role will be of an advisor.
- To ensure Eurofragance brand visual identity standards are consistent and followed.
- Proficiency in preparation of final graphic arts to send to printing houses.
- Be up to date on packaging and color trends to develop once a year proactive presentation that will support marketing strategies and be able to present them to our customers.
- To develop the unboxing experience, a packaging proposal to ensure our products have a great impact when arrive at our customer's hands.
- Work closely with the Creative Studio and Marketing team to ensure alignment with branding campaigns and products.
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines. Produce sketches, storyboards, and briefings to visualize ideas.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design
Languages and level:
- Fluent communication skills, proficiency in English.
Experience required:
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design/creative agency.

Key Knowledge:
