  • Handle (documents creation, review and maintenance) the EPC-PM-HSE Management System. Responsible for creation and update the specific supervision forms (Check Lists manoeuvers, HSE Instruccion, H&S Plan, etc.) Definition of the training content (what is competent), for the HSE NX teams (Internal or acting under NX name) on site for all EPC-PM related activities.
  • Interface with Engineering or Technical Dpt. for HSE aspects (desing or documental Issues) via the NCR system in the Committees (WF &CT). Responsible to perform the follow-up to Engineering Dpt. in order to change the desing/products due to Project´s Lessons Learned for GLF.
  • Responsible for global action planning creation (using monthly data from projects) to be followed in each one (i.e.: Strategic subcontractors task forces).
  • Responsible to compile HSE Lessons Learned from the Projects and share with Divisions.
  • Lead/assist/mentor improvement projects; Culture, IT tools, Global HSE Processes, Global HSE Documentation and records.
  • Safety Alert &and Notification: Document elaboration, supportes by Engineering &Legal departament.
  • HSE Country Manager Support:
    • Support to the HSE Country Managers to ensure that all activitles developed in the country by Nordex and their contractors are carried out in a safe way, with a maximum respect to the environment, complying with all Health, Safety and
    • Lead Function specific Management System and with Customers' requirements.
    • Participate in the weekly meetings with the Projects HSE Team.
    • Client sales meeting support -Selling Safety.
    • Support to define the HSE materials (PPE's) for the activitles according to ris assessment.
    • Support on the Incidents & Accidents Investigations (Technical & Process expertise).
    • Assist with investigations and lessons learned.
    • Support the Countries to report using EPC-PM specific templates.
    • Support for IS0 certiflication audits (Internal/external).
Required Profile

  • Complete higher education in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial or Environmental) and post graduated in Health, Safety and Environmental.
  • High-Intermediate English Level.
  • Desirable technical course in the Environment or postgraduate studies in Environment.
  • Desirable 5 years of experience in the role of Health Safety Manager or Environment Manager, desirable in construction site, or HSE Manager on civil works activities (BoP).
