Your role

As an HR Intern you will have opportunity to support to HR generalist in all these areas:

• End to end of the Recruitment Process
• HR metrics and dashboards
• Support the learning and development area
• Maintenance of HR databases and document tracking systems.
• Content creation for HR Newsletters
• Provides support to the Human Resources Team working on different projects
• Provide feedback and recommendations for the improvement of processes and systems.
• Participate in Tech Fairs and Talent Acquisition Events
  
  

Throughout this internship, you will get to know the multiple aspects within the Department of Human Resources giving support to the different areas of HR in our Technology Delivery Center in Barcelona.

Skills

Your Skills and Experience

We would like to give this opportunity to somebody who is :

• Active student status with Spanish University/School is mandatory related to Human Resources, preferably last year
• University student interested in developing career in tech field
• Looking for at least 9 months part-time/internship program and dedicate around 30h per week
• Tech savvy approach
• An enthusiastic, capable, curious person craving to learn
• A good team player with responsible and can-do attitude
• A detail oriented and creative person
• Able to use English & Spanish for communication with colleague and managers from abroad on daily basis
• High level of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Ppt)
  
  

Nice to have

• Basic Python Knowledge
• Knowledge in HR system tools such as SuccessFactors
