Based on the unique value proposition and brand value of Getnet in Brazil, PagoNxt Merchant Solutions will be expanding the acquiring franchise to additional markets. Nowadays, Getnet is the third largest acquirer in Latam (Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, and Uruguay) and we already operate across all European markets.

To achieve this goal, we are building a cloud-based acquiring architecture in which products are built based on microservices and deployed at all markets simultaneously, shortening time to market and improving value for customers. In order to define and build these products, services catalog and customer journeys, we aim to attract the best possible talent.

To achieve this goal, PagoNxt is organized into three different businesses:

  • Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers.
  • Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs.
  • Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and payment processing needs to tailor solutions and deliver value-added services.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth, retention, and profitability, aligning with company objectives.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with sales and product teams to pursue them.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including operations, finance, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver regular business reviews and presentations to clients, highlighting key achievements, opportunities, and performance metrics.
  • Actively participate in client meetings, conferences, and industry events to strengthen relationships, gather feedback, and promote our brand.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience managing large strategic accounts in the payments industry, mainly within e-commerce business/travel verticals.
  • Ability to navigate complex matrix environments with different stakeholders.
  • Well versed in negotiations with 360º approach to the business.
  • A team player able to work with short deadlines but with a strategic vision.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce…
