Profound Office and SAP
Education/Experience
Master in Supply-Chain Management / Business Administration (MBA preferred)
+5 years experience in Supply-Chain in a manufacturing company
Experience to manage a European plant and warehouse network
Experience in transformation to a end-to-end supply-chain

Responsibilities
Further develop and lead the execution of our European Supply-Chain Strategy and Transformation
Lead the Supply-Chain Team by developing the organization with a keen focus on Zero Harm
Take over responsibility for all material flows of a European manufacturing and warehousing network with multi-modal in- and outbounds to our customers
Ensure material availability and optimize cost through S&OP and production capacity planning
Steer our European warehousing and third-party partner network
Drive our transformation to an integrated and digital state-of-the-art Supply-Chain
Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g. Plants, Customer Service and Procurement) and stakeholders for a connected end-to-end Supply-Chain
Partner up with Commercial and Operations on enabling sales growth, launching innovations, decrease cost and optimize service and quality
Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
