Overall responsibility

Your responsibilities as a Team Manager:

  • Ensures the distribution of information within the Team and sets goals both at the employee level and at the team level in collaboration with the local Nordic Team Manager.
  • Implementation and follow-up of common processes within the team
  • Personnel responsibility (incl. salary review, approval of overtime, approval of time cards/expenses and performance appraisals) in collaboration with the local Nordic Team Manager.
  • SPOC for the recruitment process for the team
  • Onboarding of new employees regarding SD Worx basics, tools and more.
  • Build and maintain a strong local team spirit and collaboration within the location.
  • Have a good understanding of local legislations and labor laws and support the local Nordic Team Manager in these matters.
  • Have a good insight in the financials, budget and personnel costs and provide the local Nordic Team Manager with input.
  • Ensure that the team is compliant with the local Nordic operational processes (e.g., SLA compliance, ensuring compliance with checklists, ensuring delivery according to the customers service description).
  • When needed participate in customer collaborations, improvement projects and steering groups.

The role involves a mix of strategic and operational work, and you are expected to enjoy being close to the employees in your team. You are not afraid of change but see it as motivating to lead and support the organization and employees through changes.

You ensure that the team maintains the level of service to the customer in accordance with the customer contract. It is crucial that you are self-motivated, driven, and that you complete tasks in a methodical manner.

The employees in your team will work with various operational task connected to the CET Nordic organizations. You are good at making contacts and maintaining a good relationship with your network, both internal and external contacts.

In the role of Team Manager, you have a close contact and dialogue with the local Nordic Team Manager.

Staff in Málaga and Granada, Spain.

Requirements:
- General work experience min 5 yrs

- Work exp. similar position 1-2 yrs

- Operational Delivery

- Managerial work experience

- English and Sweedish or Norwegian
