Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual with video production capabilities and some marketing interest to support the digital marketing function of our growing international B2B company.

You will respond to the Marketing Director, based in the UK, and work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive, based in Malaga, Spain. You will be actively supporting, facilitating and contributing to the digital marketing efforts across a growing marketing mix within the company. You are enthusiastic and proactive, have a passion for video and animation production, and love to work as an active member of a small team.

You will be supported all the way by a fun, caring and knowledgeable team.

In this role, you are going to:

• Create videos (animations, motion graphics, interviews, demo videos, etc.) that develop and enhance our company visual communication
• Support the distribution of videos via our relevant channels such as website, LinkedIn corporate account, digital media, etc.
• Support the correct digital representation of our brand across all channels
• Support the creation and carrying out of digital marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness, lead generation, lead nurturing, etc.
• Help to improve the performance of the marketing team by capturing and analysing the appropriate data/metrics, insights and best practices, and by creating regular marketing reports
• Keep an open eye on our marketplace and carry out research when required
• Contribute constructively and enthusiastically to the work of the team

Requirements

• You are currently in the process of completing your degree course or studying for a Master's degree (possibility to sign an internship agreement is mandatory)
• Knowledge of video production and editing, and of the relevant tools required (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Camtasia, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects or Final Cut). A minimum portfolio of your work is desirable.
• Live in Malaga or nearby
• Good writing, editing, presentation, oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good attention to details and thorough approach to data
• Good team player with creative mind and positive attitude
• Good multitasker, able to organise and manage own priorities and meet deadlines
• Fluent English speaker
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (such as InDesign, Canva and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Desirable: knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools like WordPress and Hubspot.
