PAGONXT MERCHANT SOLUTIONS (PNMS) is looking for a Product Manager for Marketing Automation & CRM Solutions, within the Product Team, based in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid.

PagoNxt has the aim to consolidate payment businesses around the world through a differential value proposal in a business with great potential, creating the conditions and synergies to compete globally with the major international players in the sector.

Based on the unique value proposition and brand value of Getnet in Brazil, PagoNxt Merchant Solutions will be expanding the acquiring franchise to additional markets. Nowadays, Getnet is the third largest acquirer in Latam (Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Brazil and Uruguay) and we already operate across all European markets.

To achieve this goal, we are building a cloud-based acquiring architecture in which products are built based on microservices and deployed at all markets simultaneously, shortening time to market and improving value for customers. In order to define and build these products, services catalog and customer journeys, we aim to attract the best possible talent.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As Product Manager for Marketing Automation & CRM Solutions, reporting to the Product team in the HQ, in close cooperation with PagoNxt Merchant Solutions tech hubs and Getnet across the world, you will be responsible for defining the business requirements and managing the strategy of our Marketing Automation & CRM Solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, data, sales, support, VAS, marketing and design to define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and drive product evolutions.

As a Product Manager in the Product division working on the Data & Customer Channels team, you will join a dynamic team of Product Managers that deliver everything from large-scale technology solutions to small optimizations. The team is responsible for developing product roadmaps and engaging in backlog grooming to ensure the successful delivery of new products and features for internal customers. In this role, you must be able to recognize key dependencies across different teams in order to coordinate a successful product launch for Marketing Automation, CRM Sales & Services.

The person who holds the position of Product Manager for Marketing Automation & CRM Solutions will be responsible for:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Marketing Automation and CRM Sales & Services projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery within time and planned budget.
  • Strategic Development: Craft and implement strategies for Marketing Automation and CRM Sales & Service that drive business goals, enhance customer engagement, and optimize sales processes.
  • Sales management: Develop CRM Sales for promoting best practices and a culture of excellence, while collaborating with sales managers, local and global, to maximize CRM tool efficiency.
  • Operational Oversight: Guide the solutions strategy of contact center operations, quality assurance, and the integration of new technologies to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Management: Define Marketing Automation and CRM Solutions features and manage design and development processes, including data strategy, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
  • Data Analysis & KPI Management: Utilize data insights to identify new opportunities and establish key performance indicators to assess and improve sales and customer relationship strategy effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams and experts to translate business opportunities into product requirements, ensuring continuous alignment with the company's roadmap.
  • Financial & Performance Accountability: Develop business cases, manage product P&L, and monitor performance metrics to guide product improvements and strategic decisions.

WHO YOU ARE:

Experience:

  • Product Management: At least 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on CRM & Marketing Automation in sectors like Acquiring/Payment or Financial Services.
  • CRM Sales & Services Platforms: Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Pega CRM, with a deep understanding of sales and service workflows.
  • Marketing Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, SAS or Adobe Campaigns.
  • Customer Service Solutions: Experience in implementing and managing customer service technologies, including Omnichannel Contact Center technologies like IVR systems, call routing software and chatbots with a preference for partners like Genesys Cloud, Nice or Five9.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Experience working directly with internal and external engineering teams with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and influencing skills.
