From LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are looking for an Sales Manager Spain and Portugal, fluent in English to support the Distributor Managers in his/her area.

Qualifications &Education

Bachelor Degree

Skills/Experience/Knowledge

Spanish, Portuguese & English Language Knowledge.

Experience in the Sales area: more than 10 years.

Microsoft Office, SAP preferable.

Strong communication and negotiation Skills.

  • POSITION PURPOSE (A brief description of the role)

Manages and coordinates the company's sales channel in both countries Spain and Portugal including sales support and training, territory sales, and area sales to meet companys business requirements. This is the manager position and the point of reference for a specific sector. He/She proposes the strategy in order to develop the sector of reference according the Business Head guidelines. He/She has to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

  • Implements established sales policies, procedures, and practices to meet requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.
  • Develops and implements territory and key account sales strategies aimed at strengthening the company's market position and profitability; identifies business opportunities, and pinpoints problem areas.
  • Develops and attains key performance indicators for implemented sales strategies.
  • Ensures that territory and key account sales goals are achieved through the effective placement and motivation of sales representatives, key account sales staff, and support professionals.
  • Ensures connection between sales and marketing functions and supervises their joint work with distribution channels.
  • Manages, motivates and assesses performance of a small team of sales professionals
  • The incumbent must ensure the right management of Manage Pricing; Develop Sales Forecasting; Manage Trade; Discounts & Commercial Terms; Manage business opportunity; Manage Territory and Accounts; Measure and Develop Talent Capabilities.
  • Promote the 3R program (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle).
  • Comply with safe, efficient and sustainable driving.

Key Challenges

  • Monitor the status on the market and the evolution of the competitors, analyzing new products and promotion on the markets.
  • To suggest the pricing position and the related evolution of the sector.
