Mission

Lead iHUB digital energy project execution area, making sure business objectives and customer satisfaction are met. As Senior Project Manager lead effectively Digital Buildings and Energy projects (energy and power management). Expert through knowledge and experience in BMS (Building management systems) and energy management projects.

Main Responsibilities Of The Position Are The Following

• As senior PM role, manage and lead execution of assigned projects, being accountable for project's profitability and customer satisfaction. It includes driving successfully all related project management activities and leading the project team towards project goals:
• Project integration (transfer with tendering, project management plan) and kick off (internal and with customer).
• Review technical specification and take decisions on technical comments raised by the customer.
• Monitor and control projects progress to ensure the on-time delivery of the projects and business profitability. Run regular Project reviews and provide best estimates of margin at completion. Take pro-active decisions and actions to prevent negative margin deviation. Make all site visits as needed and especially at critical stages of projects.
• Risks & Opportunities & issues management: identify and manage situations that impact or could impact (negatively or positively) the performance of the project.
• Manage change control process as per contract over project scope, schedule, resources or budget. Mitigate any source of conflict with customer or suppliers throughout the project execution phase.
• Manage subcontractors during execution of the project, negotiating contract and monitoring them in terms of delivery time (lead time), cost and quality.
• Lead proactive customer communication and drive customer relationship along project execution (executive summary, emails, call, meeting). Establish key relationships with all business relevant stakeholders.
• Manage project closure, transfer to Services and Lessons learned capture and sharing.
  
  

• As PM Expert role, leads iHUB digital energy project execution area:
• Support PMs to drive successfully digital buildings and energy projects, acting as a mentor and functional leader. Lead escalations for critical issues.
• Support PM team manager to manage team's workload and analyze and solve team competency and capacity gaps for current and future projects.
• Follow up and report finance KPI's for the area and act as a point of contact for country and regional business unit.
• Collaborate effectively with other experts, functions and business unit, sharing knowledge and developing initiatives oriented to develop new value propositions for our customers or to simplify back-office operations.
• Knowledge leader for his area and function, and act as execution subject matter expert supporting tendering when needed in complex and key projects in his area.
  

Knowledge And Experience

• Technical Engineer or Bachelor of Engineering
• Project Management experience (5 years) for Digital Buildings and Energy Management projects.
• Requested experience in engineering and execution of Building Management Systems projects. Valuable knowledge of Schneider Electric buildings solution (EBO, PME, EPO, Automation server etc)
• Highly valuable experience in Data Centers projects.
• Valuable knowledge and experience in execution LV electrical installations and dimensioning of the electrical network (TRF, cables, Inverters...)
• Valuable knowledge in SCADA and PLC systems applied to Electrical Automation.
• Valuable Energy Efficiency projects experience.
• Valuable PMI Certification
