As a Dutch Speaking Recruiter working remotely, your main responsibility will be to connect top talent with exciting career opportunities in Europe. This entry-level position requires no previous experience. Your daily tasks will include sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and managing the interview process. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining our strong relationships with clients in diverse industries such as aviation, finance, banking, automotive, social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, and energy.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch
• Valid European Union passport
• Ability to work remotely
• Willingness to undergo a fully-paid 4-month training in Athens
