Role Description

We are seeking a Swedish Speaking Recruiter to join our team at Patrique Mercier Recruitment. This entry-level role requires no previous experience. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and interviewing potential candidates, coordinating and conducting online interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. You will also be expected to maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry professionals. Mandatory 4-month training will be provided in Athens, all expenses paid, after which the job will be fully remote.

Requirements

• Valid European Union passport
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
