Reporting to the Vice President, Talent, Learning & OD Partner, this role is responsible for the delivery of subject matter expertise, project management, and communication and implementation support to Product Owners in Talent Management to ensure the successful development and delivery of enterprise-wide Talent and Performance Management projects, processes, and initiatives.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with TM Product Owners to deliver large-scale programs by assisting in the definition of program objective, scope, stakeholders and benefits; e.g. performance management, career paths, skills and competencies frameworks, etc.
  • Establish and ongoing maintenance of assigned program(s) from concept to pilot to full enterprise roll out; proactively identify and manage dependencies.
  • Ensure alignment of project scope and schedule to meet program objectives
  • Establish an efficient program communications plan and tracking and reporting system; manage program level reporting and communications up, down and across the program.
  • Ensure alignment with other CoEs on cross-functional projects.
  • Directs ongoing reviews and assessments of the program health including project status reviews at a regular cadence; proactively and aggressively manage program risks and implement effective mitigation plan; assist Product Owners in removing roadblocks
  • Apply strategic thinking and use professional concepts in developing resolutions to critical issues
  • Ensure legal and compliance considerations are fully accounted for in all the defined requirements
  • Identify areas for process improvement and initiate improvements


Experience/Skills:


  • Five to eight years of talent management experience with a focus on organizational development, training, performance management and/or other talent management responsibilities.
  • SHRM-CP/SCP and/or S/PHR certification a plus.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
  • Intermediate to advanced project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through with ability to be flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction from manager.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior level leadership and business leaders across the organizations; strong business presence.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
