Location: Marbella

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and retention across our portfolio of 20 brands.
• Analyze and optimize user flows from new site visits to new active players, maximizing conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven initiatives that enhance user experience and drive revenue growth.

General Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain organized records related to marketing campaigns, customer data, and conversion optimization efforts.
• Provide support in marketing tasks such as research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms to track and analyze user behavior and conversion metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and funnel analysis is a plus.
