Support remote maintenance actions of installed and connected systems at our customers. Implement the necessary means for the correct operation of the detection, according to the commitments made with customers and carry out corrective actions autonomously or with the customer. Maintain the database of the installed shops and check the correct functioning of the connected systems and devices JOB DUTIES: - Create and update the database, saving the correct configuration of the devices. - Testing the connection to the in-store router. - Receiving and handling remote maintenance requests - Performing remote maintenance intervention: connection, problem analysis, troubleshooting, use of specific software for system settings. - Contact with the customer for troubleshooting - Customer report via email and/or telephone - Closure of the SAP intervention according to the procedure in force - Inform about the need for physical intervention in case of failure to solve the problem or modem connection problems - Drafting of monthly reports for Key Account Managers and customers with maintenance contracts - Preparation of activity statistics - Implementation of tools to monitor remote maintenance history - Participation in the administrative tasks of the technical teams (follow-up of billable interventions after an estimate agreed by the customer, follow-up of SAP actions movements, PO closure, invoicing of subcontractors).
