The role

We are looking for a Junior Technical Support Specialist who will be part of our Google business line.

We are looking for a technical profile very oriented to deal with people, tidy, responsible, passionate about new technologies.

You will be responsible, along with the rest of the team, to provide complete solutions to the digital transformation of companies. Manage the collaboration solution, messaging and Google Platform for enterprises, Google Cloud Platform and all the tools that complete the Google ecosystem, performing, among other functions:

  • Incident management in our Technical Support portal.
  • Documentation of technical procedures.
  • Dealing with the customer.
  • Creation of newsletters with the latest relevant news.
  • Maintenance of virtual machines and other types of infrastructures in the Google cloud.
  • Daily work in a team.
  • The position is based in the León office and will be international in scope.
  • German Speaker (C1-C2)

You will work in an advanced and innovative technological environment alongside highly qualified professionals.

Furthermore, you will develop your job in a framework of flexible hours and telecommuting several days a week.

Higher Vocational Training or University Degree related to IT or Telecommunications.
High level of English required.
Technical support orientation, troubleshooting and constant learning of new technologies.
Basic knowledge: Cloud environments, virtual machine management, DNS and Internet protocols, SMTP traffic, security.
Internship experience in Technical Support is a plus.
