Main Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and support for personal computing and printing products
Assist sales teams and address customer inquiries
Explain product benefits and regulations
Conduct training sessions for other departments on systems/ products and solutions
Manage technical issues and collaborate with various resources
Maintain high-quality customer service and competence in technical skills
Core Skills/experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering field or computer science; or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of work experience and knowledge in computer and printing technologies, including hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, organization, teamwork, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
Highly tech-savvy, with a strong desire to learn and the ability to work autonomously
- Very good communication skills
