Job Summary


Actively seeks out new accounts through proactive prospecting, achieving goals by generating leads and opportunities. Additionally, they oversee marketing follow-ups, collaborate closely with the sales team, execute nurturing campaigns, and ensure the account database remains up to date.

Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue new accounts through targeted prospecting efforts, utilizing various channels such as phone calls, emails, outreach, and social media to identify and stimulate interest.

  • Achieve predefined goals by effectively generating leads and opportunities through account prospecting strategies.

  • Conduct timely follow-ups on marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and tradeshows, aimed at nurturing responses, contacts, and converting unqualified leads into high-quality prospects.

  • Efficiently manage, track, and report all activities and outcomes using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring comprehensive data accuracy and analysis.

  • Foster close collaboration with the sales team, providing ongoing support in lead conversion efforts and assisting with seamless opportunity migration and closure processes.

  • Develop and execute engaging nurturing campaigns to sustain active engagement with leads and prospects, thereby enhancing conversion potential.

  • Regularly update and maintain the integrity of the account database by conducting thorough research, identifying key stakeholders, and ensuring relevant information is accurately documented.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or BA.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales related position.

  • Strong desire to join the HP sales organization and the 3D printing industry.

  • Mandatory: Highly fluent in a central European language, ideally German or Polish, and English. Other languages appreciated.

  • Experience in sales, business development or consultancy with C-level executives engagement.

  • Strong team player and goal job oriented.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Previous knowledge of the 3D printing market would be a valuable asset.
