HP is hiring an Instant Ink WW Business Insights Manager to join our new portfolio of Consumer Device as a Service organization. We are looking for a professional with strong analytical and data interpreting skills and exceptional strategic thinking to find, package and communicate key business insights.
HP Instant Ink is the foundation consumer subscriptions offered by HP, is a top strategic business priority, is now launched in 38 countries worldwide, and it holds the worldwide market leadership in subscription models transformation in the print industry. The CSS organization recently expanded the portfolio with Instant Paper and after a successful pilot launched a Print-as-a-service offering.
In this role, you will be leading the data insights for the different GTM onramps that the GTM Product and Program managers define. Partnering with them on understanding how to optimize performance and investments will be the core in your day-to-day. You will have strong organizational support for innovation and a day-to-day operating environment of a fast-growing business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively analyze relevant business performance data to identify trends, root causes, and implications of results.
Provide actionable quantitative and qualitative insights across business efforts.
Understand and determine opportunities for predictive modeling to optimize operations and forecast future outcomes.
Utilize and help optimize dashboards and data models
Reporting and presentation of data outcomes and recommendations
Support data integrity, data accuracy, and testing processes
Be the advocate for data and analytics needs
Provide senior leaders/owners with actionable recommendations and strategic plans based on analytical research.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
University degree or masters in Statistical / econometric / numerical / engineering / computer science / analytics.
2 to 5 years work experience in a similar data analyst role and environment, preferably in marketing, sales, or advertising.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Strong technical skills and understanding of interpreting data and analyses for solving business problems.
Strong interpersonal and project management skills; ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams.
Good understanding of the power of data in a similar field.
SQL experience working with large customer and transactional databases.
Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills with the ability to manipulate data in Excel.
Experience with Data visualization software (e.g. PowerBI)
