Our team is comprised of more than 7,000 employees motivated and skilled employees from over 45 countries Mission: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Data Lead with a strong background in SAP, specifically in Master Data Governance (MDG). The ideal candidate will serve as a functional leader with a solid technical foundation, possessing comprehensive expertise in various SAP modules such as Materials, Suppliers, and Products. This individual will be responsible for defining and implementing effective methodologies, leading service teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Experience in migrating solutions from legacy ERP systems to SAP Syniti is a significant advantage Your responsibilities: 1. SAP Master Data Governance Leadership:

Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Master Data Governance processes within the SAP MDG framework Provide expert guidance on master data best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards

2. Functional and Technical Leadership:

Serve as a functional leader with a strong technical understanding of SAP MDG Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate master data solutions across different SAP modules (Materials, Suppliers, Products, etc.)

3. Methodology Development and Implementation:

Define and implement effective methodologies for master data management, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize master data processes

4. Service Leadership:

Act as a leader of the service team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the team

5. Project Delivery:

Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate project progress effectively

6. ERP Migration Experience (SAP Syniti):

If applicable, leverage expertise in migrating solutions from legacy ERP systems to SAP Syniti Provide insights and recommendations for successful data migration projects

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in SAP MDG is a plus Proven experience in SAP MDG with a focus on master data domains (Materials, Suppliers, Products, etc.) High Level of English Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders Experience in defining and implementing master data management methodologies Familiarity with SAP Syniti and hands-on experience in ERP migration projects Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
