Your role at Avantio
This is a key role in the company. Our customer care team has a direct impact on the business, that’s why we are looking for someone with experience managing a large team, with a very strategic vision of the business.
What You Will Do
Manage and motivate one of the biggest teams of the company, the Customer Care team, composed of +50 people and 5 Team Leaders.
Define with the management the objectives of the department and identify areas for improvement
Design, evaluate, analyze and execute innovative strategies and tactics aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction
Who You Are
Between 5-10 years of experience on a similar role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision
Able to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and leadership skills (English and Spanish are essential, French, Italian or German is a plus)
Enthusiastic and a great attitude towards learning
Experience managing service and/or operational level agreements with strong customer service, interpersonal and active listening skills.
