Description:
Daily duties of the team:

Respond to customer requests via email, chat and video call Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation Support the team in other markets as needed Translation of online support for new launches (on demand) Support at customer events in the market Support in market development and system adaptation

What are we looking for?

Native or bilingual in English High level of Spanish Proactive and positive attitude Service oriented You are a technology geek. If you know our products is a plus You are passionate about customer care

Knowledge of other additional languages: Portuguese, Italian, French.. A restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas You like to work in a team.
