As BPA Manager at Sandoz, you will lead Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) activities within a country (typically large revenue OR medium revenue) or Business Unit, a region or globally (depending on the division size), providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the business leadership

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • To act as a Business Partner, providing insightful
and value-added analysis and decision support to
the management team
  • Responsible for monthly closing activities with
insightful analysis of Key KPIs and variances.
  • Provide and gather accurate operational information
in order to deliver target and latest forecast
  • Continuously improve and streamline existing
management reporting processes through
automated tools and establish organized and
structured reporting system
  • Provide senior management relevant business
analysis to support ad-hoc requests and ensure
timely and accurate information gathering
  • Ensure ongoing business performance is
appropriately monitored and measured and drive
early warning for any inconsistency/ risk
  • Lead transition to new IT systems, including ERP.
  • Guarantee fulfilment on NFCM and any other
internal control process of their scope of control
  • An open-minded professional with passion to

Minimum requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business preferred

Advanced/Fluent English is expected as the role requires a high level of interaction with global stakeholders.


  • Minimum 5 years of financial and / or controlling
  • SAP, MS Office proficiency
  • Good organization skills
  • Strong analysis and communication skills, creativity to
support business decisions and problem solving
  • Good player with multidisciplinary teams
  • High learning agility, with continuous improvement
  • Proactive, responsible, and leadership skills

Pharma industry and/or industrial environment experiences will be considered
