Functions:

  • Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders across the area of scope in Country/Tech/Central/Operations/HR
  • Manage the entire Country project team by providing direction and guidance to the workstreams. Receive support from Portfolio Management and Core team and act as main point of contact of the Country project team
  • Consolidate relevant reporting on Change and Comms progress and intervention impacts
  • Collaborate on the required Colleague and Executive comms and engagement activities to support the deployment of the project.
  • Collect and consolidate of the relevant materials and meeting minutes with the worker council and upload to the programme level depository created by the programme PMO
  • Develop and Consolidate the overall Country Scope and Transition design in collaboration with the Country Team, Operational Leads, Workstream Leads and Tech Team
  • Develop and agree the Country overall project plan (inc all end-end elements and timings) and incorporate the plan developed in other initiatives within the Country.
  • Align the Country project plan with the regional project plan managed by central PMO
  • Review and Own the Country project plan created by workstreams within the Country
  • Socialise and obtain Senior Country and Partner approval and buy-in to the plan with all partner workstreams formally interlocked
  • Manage the overall Project build plan completion and implementation milestones, incl. all the sub-initiative project plan
  • Develop and agree the Overall Readiness criteria and Go-live decisioning process across the workstreams.
  • Manage Country level Support approach across workstreams
  • Manage Country level Training Model and delivery across the workstreams
  • Manage Country level of Capability Matrix and needs analysis in each workstream
  • Identify and work closely with the Country management team or core team to actively manage / mitigate all risks and issue activities - escalating and resolving as required.
  • Work with the project team to identify all dependencies on all the Country initiatives. Manage and track the dependencies through the RAID log. Agree status and resolve or escalate dependency issues
  • Responsible for the organisation and leading of the Country Steer Co meeting
  • Manage and quality check all relevant Country Steerco/Working Group meetings, materials and updates as agreed with PMO
  • Own the relevant budgeting, forecast and cost management activities relating to the Project. All monthly variances to be explained and mitigated
  • Work closely with the Country Finance Business Partner and CFO to ensure the number presented to the Cluster and Regional level are accurate and signed off by the relevant parties
  • Work with the Country Leads, Country HR and Project team to set up and obtain sign-off on the baseline - FTE / Benefit Timing / and associated Cost
  • Collaborate on the tracking of People impacts, process and required actions with the relevant People Lead and local HR
  • Work with the Country and Operations Lead, Finance Lead and HR on the benefits in scope and tracking - managing and reporting any variance to the agreed Business Case
  • Work with the programme and project team to obtain benefit sign-off from Country Lead
  • Own and develop the required reporting products and ensure project status is clear and transparent. Briefing of the Portfolio Managers and key stakeholders should be consistent with these reports
