Funciones Desde la Consultoría de selección FEMTalent de la Fundació esclerosi múltiple seleccionamos para empresa ubicada en Barcelona, Técnico/a en RRHH con dominio del inglés y certificado de discapacidad del 33% o superior Responsibilities Employment practices: • Supports Employee Relations activity as needed. • Supports colleagues and managers and gives the appropriate information on any matters related to Employment Practices/Relations. • Provides support to managers in proactively dealing with performance matters, ensuring that these are addressed in a timely and effective way • Conducts and coordinates the local HR onboarding session for new hires • Relocations: Coordinates all relocations to Spain and Italy and provides support to employees • Conducts follow-up interviews with new hires, after 3-6 months of service, to identify any areas for improvement • Conducts exit interviews with voluntary leavers and follows up with managers as required, to identify aspects that can be improved Compliance: • Disability Law in Spain – manages the whole process and keeps track of the continuous increase in headcount • Disability Law in Italy – manages the renewal process on a yearly basis • Health & Safety Spain – coordinates with the external vendor the mandatory Health & Safety training, Medical Checks, and risk-assessment self-evaluation questionnaires for telework. Prepares the annual OH&S action plan and follows up on the actions as required (occupational risks renewal, Psychosocial Factors Assessment, etc). Coordinates the H&S meetings with the WC representatives. • Health & Safety Italy: coordinates the mandatory Medical Checks and Training; coordinates the WFH risks assessments for new hires, sends information about occupational risks • Attends the quarterly Workers Councils committee meetings and prepares the appropriate documentation (new hires, terminations, open roles, promotions, leaves, etc.) • Gender Equality Committee Spain: prepares the gender pay information and follows up on the actions of the Gender Equality Plan • Prepares the Annual Training Plan based on Works Council feedback; coordinates the training courses with external providers and processes the social security bonifications. Communication: • Owner of the Clarivate Spain HR group on The Lens (intranet). Adds, updates, and shares relevant information and documentation related to benefits, policies, and other HR-related matters. • Takes care of internal communications for Spain and Italy, about HR-related topics through the intranet, e-mails, or meetings as needed HR Italy: • First point of contact for employees from their first day, solving queries and preparing labor documentation as required • Liaises with payroll throughout the year • Administers the company benefits package for new employees Se ofrece Temporary contract (7-8 months) Hiring in January 2023
